A great way to reflect on 22 and refresh for the NEW YEAR. This is not a goal setting session- in fact research shows that more that 80% of New Years Resolutions fail by the second week in February.. But the end of the year is a great time to review what's been working, what you love and what you want more of. We will take time to create you own unique Mantra for 23.. and so much more! Its Free, its relaxed (be on or off camera) and its a great time for you to RENEW and and free yourself of the things that get in the way-- come and see whats possible when we learn how to be Free in 23!
