Private Event for Women in ESG Savoring Summer Virtual Retreat

This virtual retreat is being custom created for women in ESG. Originally conceived with Heidi DuBois and Akiba, the inaugural event was held in February. The reception was so positive we have decided to Launch a virtual series for the remainder of 2023 with 4 sessions taking place on Fridays from 12 noon-1 PM EST. We Launch the series on Friday, June 23rd.  We will skip the busy summer months (July and August) and regroup in September, October, and November, also skipping December.

This is a one hour 'mini' self-care retreat that offers community and connectivity and an opportunity to learn more about the Science of Happiness and Well -Being, Mindfulness and Resilience. Facilitated by Shelley Tupper, Certified Professional Coach, Practitioner in Positive Psychology and Resilience Trainer. Shelley will take us through a series of simple micro tools to help us focus attention to our well- being and happiness. This is a private session only for women in ESG. We are offering “memberships" and payment options to suit every budget. The suggested fee is $75 however you can also choose to pay $50 or $25, it is up to you. Starting back up in September, we will meet Friday, September 8th, and will have additional events in October (10/13) and November (11/17). We will be kicking off 2024 monthly and offering a LIVE event in NYC around International Women’s History Month. We hope you join us!
