Join us for these special upcoming Mondays, May 6th, 13th, and 20th, from 12 pm to1 pm ET, for a complimentary Mindfulness and Community session led by Shelley Tupper. Experience starting your week off in a Mindful way. Learn some of the tools in Positive Psychology and Resilience. Engage in meaningful conversation and receive well-being coaching infused with simple to use positive interventions including a guided meditation that you can easily integrate into your daily routine.
Facilitated by Shelley, a Certified Professional Coach, Practitioner in Positive Psychology, and Resilience Trainer, this session offers an opportunity to explore the Science of Happiness and Human Flourishing while learning practical resilience techniques in a supportive community environment. Shelley’s sessions always include a diverse group, spanning a wide range of ages and backgrounds who share common interests in fostering happiness and our well-being. Shelley has lead 100’s of sessions over the last 4 plus years that always promise that you will walk away with some new gem of information or insight!
Please note, this is a safe space for individuals who are passionate about nurturing their mental, emotional, and physical well-being, especially in these days of turmoil. This is not a political forum, it’s just a warm and inviting space to experience connection and get a mini "retreat" to set ourselves up for a week feeling nurtured and supported.
