About The Event

Weekly groups meet to practice Mindfulness techniques, learn how to be more resilient through the tenants of Positive Psychology (the science of happiness and human flourishing). This is a small group setting- typically 3- 7 will attend. The group is limited to 10- 12 members, currently there is space available. This group is designed for weekly connectivity and community. It ordinally started in April of 2020 as many were in “lockdown" due to Covid 19. The group shifted with some members not able to commit and attend, and others joined.  Members can opt in or out of our Monday sessions depending on their schedule that week. Attendees are at all different stages of life, and the ages range from 30's-70's. This is a great opportunity to connect with successful entrepreneurs, business owners, and women with a breadth of knowledge and experience in life we can all learn from. This group is interested in supporting one another and keen on each other’s success in life. This group is facilitated by Shelley Tupper, a Certified Professional Coach and Practitioner in Positive Psychology and Resilience Training (through the Flourishing Center a Credited Program). This is not Group Therapy and there is no Therapy offered.   All have a common interest in our well-being, mentally, emotionally, and physically. Each week we focus on one specific “activator” (a topic with group discussion) There are opportunities for refection, insight, new information and helpful tips towards managing stress, worry and our mindset better. The outcome is for us all to learn to flourish more in our work, and lives. This is a Membership Only Group
