Weekly groups meet to pracitce Mindfulness techniques, learn how to be more resilient through the tenants of Positive Psychology (the science of happiness and human flourishing). A small group setting for weekly connectivity and community. Attendees are at all different stages of life, ranging from 30's- 70's. . This is a group that is intersted in supporting one another and keen on each others success in life. This group is facilitated by Shelley Tupper, a Ceritified Professional Coach and Practioner in Positive Psycholgy and Resilince Training (through the Flourishing Center a Credited Program). This is not Group Therapy and there is no Therapy offered. All have a common intrest in Well Being, Mentally, Emotionally, And Physically. This is a Membership Only Group.
