About The Event
Weekly groups meet to pracitce and discuss Mindfulness techniques. Learn how to be more resilient through the tenants of Positive Psychology (the science of happiness and human flourishing). A small group setting for weekly connectivity and community. Attendees are at different stages of their lives, ranging from 30's- 70's. All atendees have a comon intrest in supporting one another to create success and happiness. Groups are facilitated by Shelley Tupper, a Ceritified Professional Coach and Practioner in Positive Psycholgy and Resilince Training (through the Flourishing Center a Credited Program). This is not Group Therapy and there is no Therapy offered. Our memebrs have an interest in well being; mentally, emotionally, and physically. This is a Membership Only Group.
