About The Event
Join our weekly mindfulness groups facilitated by Shelley Tupper, a Certified Professional Coach and Practitioner in Positive Psychology and Resilience Training. Discover the science of happiness and human flourishing while learning resilience techniques in a supportive community setting. Our diverse group, ranging from 30s to 70s, shares a common interest in supporting each other to create success and happiness. Please note, this is not group therapy; rather, it's a space for individuals interested in mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Membership required.
