About The Event
Join Shelley Tupper, Certified Professional Coach, Resilience Trainer, and Practitioner in Positive Psychology (the science of happiness and human flourishing) show you the amazing technique of 'Mind Mapping' a unique way of outlining ideas that works like the circuitry of our brains. This technique has been used in businesses and in the creative world for decades. Originally invented by Anthony Peter Buzan (1942-2019), an English author and one of the forerunners in mental literacy, "Tony" popularized this technique also called, "radiant thinking". Shelley will give you the background on Mind Mapping and how it works. She will show you how to bring an idea to life through this method, and you will create your own personal Mind Map as a takeaway. Have an idea you would like to explore? Is there a goal you have you just can’t sort out how to get started? Is there something you imagine for yourself, your life, your business, your family- but need a different perspective to bring it to life? Come try this out. This workshop is limited to 20 people. Session is FREE but we ask that you donate towards the art supplies provided! ($5 suggested). Another date will be added in September if you can’t make this one! This will be a fun, engaging and you will walk away with some new ideas, just in time for the next season!
