About The Event
In this session you will have an opportunity to learn more about 'human flourishing' and the science of happiness, how with simple daily interventions you can improve on your well-being and learn to thrive- to be your best self, and to increase you overall positivity. Key information and simple exercises are shared along with insights from a Certified Professional Coach, Practitioner in Positive Psychology and Resilience Trainer. Groups typically are comprised of professionals and entrepreneurs ranging from their late 20's to 70's. Learn and gain insights from other participants. Small casual group setting 5-10 people typically. Engaging/Interactive and always thought-provoking!
