Women in ESG Q2 2024 Events

This virtual retreat is custom-created for women in ESG. Originally conceived with Heidi Du Bois, the inaugural event was held in February of 2023. The reception was so positive we decided to launch a virtual series taking place on Fridays from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM (with an added "stay for the stretch" to 1:30 PM EST.)

This is a one-hour "mini' self-care virtual retreat offering community, connectivity, and an opportunity to learn more about the Science of Happiness and Well-Being, Mindfulness, and Resilience.

Facilitated by Shelley Tupper, a Certified Professional Coach, Practitioner in Positive Psychology, and Resilience Trainer. Shelley takes us through a series of simple micro-practices to help us focus our attention on our well-being and happiness. This is a private session only for women in ESG. The suggested fee is $75. The program is seeking Corporate Funding/Sponsorship which we hope to announce soon.

Our Hosts are now Heidi Du Bois, Paula Luff, and co-host Diana Propper De Callajan. Our 2024 Q2 sessions are Friday, April 26th, Friday, May 17th, and Friday, June  21st.  We will pause over July and August for the Summer holidays and resume in September.

We appreciate all who attended our LIVE event in NYC for IWD on March 27th. It was a great success. We look forward to future in-person events!
